Its the Flu Season Again!
The flu is a contagious disease that is caused by a virus and attacks
the respiratory system. The best way to avoid the flu is to prevent
getting it by getting the flu vaccine.
Below is a list of flu immunization clinics, provided by the Berks
Visiting Nurse Association, at the following Berks County Senior
Citizens Councils senior center sites:

You must present your Medicare Card & all other secondary insurance
cards at the time of the clinic to determine proper method of payment.
If you have Medicare Part B, the Berks Visiting Nurse Association will
forward the cost to them. Otherwise, the cost for the flu vaccination is
$25. (The fee for the pneumonia vaccination is $45).
